Moonlight Stroll
The desert at night is not only beautiful but full of
activity. It’s an inviting time to
explore the desert. Once dark, the
moon’s silvery glow will light our way as we walk at an exploring pace
(slow). A beautiful evening awaits those
that participate in this walk. This is an easy 2-mile stroll with hike leader
Larry along the Historic Railroad Trail.
The National Park Service is presenting a
variety of guided hikes and programs throughout February. Hikes and programs
will occur at different times and locations in Lake Mead National Recreation
Area. For more information and reservations call the Alan Bible Visitor Center
at 702.293.8990 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Reservations are
required on all hikes. Please leave dogs at home unless the hike states
otherwise
