Several Events Planned For National Historic Preservation Month
May is National Historic Preservation Month and the city of Las Vegas is celebrating with several exhibits and events including the annual Helldorado parade. The theme of this year’s celebration is “This Place Matters.”
The Las Vegas City Council and the city’s Historic Preservation Commission recognized key community organizations and individual for their contributions to preserving our history at the May 7 council meeting.
