British musician, Gavin Rossdale is best known for being the lead singer and
guitarist of the former British rock band, Bush. At a young age, Rossdale
learned to play bass guitar and in 1991 moved to Los Angeles where he was a
production assistant on video shoots. He moved back to London and in 1992,
Rossdale formed the band Future Primitive, which became Bush in the summer of
1994 with the release of their promotional album, Sixteen Stone. It was a huge
commercial success, and almost overnight Bush went from playing small pubs in
London to headlining arenas in the US where they did extensive, non-stop
touring. Bush’s other albums include Deconstructed, The Science of Things and
Golden State. In 2004, Bush went on hiatus. Rossdale created a song titled,
“Adrenaline” for the soundtrack to the movie, XXX. Following the hit song,
Rossdale has also made motion picture appearances including, Constantine,
Zoolander and Little Black Book. Rossdale’s new album Wanderlust is scheduled
for release on June 3, which will include his new track, “Love Remains The
Same.” Rossdale cites that the album goes back to his roots from Bush.
