Sparks/Reno, Nev. – Delight in delectable strawberry treats during the annual Strawberry Festival at John Ascuaga’s Nugget. The celebration of summer and all things strawberry officially begins Monday, May 19 and will continue through the growing season.

Throughout the property, guests can enjoy such items as strawberry shortcakes, strawberry tarts, strawberry sundaes, strawberry milkshakes, strawberry waffles and strawberry cream pies. Additionally, a delicious strawberry cream cake will be featured at John’s Oyster Bar and strawberry scones will be available at Rosie’s Café.

The beverage department will offer special strawberry margaritas and strawberry daiquiris. During the weekends, strawberry margarita stands will be positioned throughout the casino.
