Now I’ve heard it all – Democratic pundits are claiming that they didn’t have the necessary 218 votes yet – because of the rally held on the steps Thursday and other delaying tactics that the Republicans are using.
HUH?
THEY don’t have the votes – and it’s the Republican’s Fault?
Guy’s maybe…just maybe if you really had a bill that even your own party could get behind – you would have the votes needed. Doesn’t the fact that you don’t have them at this late hour tell you something?
You guys wrote the bill…you guys streatched the CBO numbers to make it fit…and you guys called the vote – even calling a special Saturday session of a holiday weekend to take the vote.
AND NOW – your crying that you don’t have the votes – and blaming – of course – George Bush – oh no, that right, you didn’t blame him this time – but you are blaming the MINORITY party for the problems you made! Just as your shifting the payments for this bill onto my grandchildren – you keep shifiting the blame for problems YOU caused onto everybody BUT the real culprits!
