Southwest Airlines will offer more than 1,600 fewer seats a day into the Las Vegas market in the winter months following a seasonal schedule change that takes effect in November.

The Dallas-based carrier, the busiest at McCarran International Airport, will have 12 fewer daily round trips into the market beginning Nov. 7. The Las Vegas market took the biggest hit in Southwest’s system as the airline trimmed its schedule by 106 flights to 3,156 a day.
