Laughlin, Nev. – Under the direction of renowned Las Vegas Chef
Michael Demers, Colorado Belle’s Boiler Room Brew Pub is serving up a
sensational new menu for lunch and dinner. “Our new menu items pair well with
the signature beer we brew on premise, adding a new dimension in flavor to the
restaurants fare,” said Chef Demers.
The restaurant, which offers a nautical theme of steel and copper
reminiscent of “20,000 Leagues Under the Sea,” opens at 11am daily for lunch
time diners who are now able to feast on a variety of salads, sandwiches,
gourmet burgers and a tasty list of new appetizers including Beer
Mussels—steamed fresh black mussels in golden ale with soft garlic, butter,
Dijon mustard, saffron and sea salt, served with the Boiler Room’s homemade
Pretzel Loaf. Pizza is also on the menu and made from scratch in the eatery’s
wood-fired brick oven. Dinner is presented from 4pm nightly offering
mesquite-grilled steaks, fresh seafood specials and a flavorful array of new
pasta dishes. “We’ve put a twist on some old favorites for lunch and dinner,”
Chef Demers says but adds, “Save room for one of our amazing new signature
desserts like the Fried Candy Trio.”
The room takes on a steamier ambience every Thursday, Friday and
Saturday at 10pm when celebrity DJs spin a variety of music from classic rock to
current hits. The local buzz is already saying that the Boiler Room at the
Colorado Belle is THE place for after hours entertainment.
