ORIGININDIA TO TANTALIZE AND EXCITE WITH AN APHRODISIAC INSPIRED VALENTINE'S DAY MENU AND EVENT ON FEBRUARY 14th
Las Vegas, NV /January 17 - - In a second year tradition, OriginIndia
announces its aphrodisiac inspired 2008 Valentine's Day menu, held on Thursday,
February 14th. This year, in true Las Vegas style, OriginIndia will take the
famous and romantic day to the next level. OriginIndia will create a seductive
and inviting environment complete with red rose petal covered tables, hypnotic
sensual Indian music, and sexy gift bags for 10 lucky couples. Each gift is

Named for
the Greek goddess of sensuality, Aphrodite, aphrodisiacs are agents that have
been used throughout history to increase sexual desire in many cultures.
However, the Greeks were not the only believers in this sexual philosophy.
Indian culture obtains its extensive knowledge of sexual practices and
stimulants from the teachings of the Kama Sutra, the "bible" of tantric sex. In
a country of one billion people, it is obvious they have been successful
incorporating sexuality into their daily lives. Epics of ancient India,
including the Ramayana and Mahabharata, which are thought to have
first been composed as early as 1400 BC, had a huge effect on the sexual culture

culture. This Valentine's Day, OriginIndia restaurant continues these ancient
rituals offering a menu created from ingredients well known to arouse and

The executive chef has
strategically created this year's Valentine's Day menu with sumptuous taste and
endless desire in mind. Each dish invites and envelops the senses with its
exotic, delicious and fresh ingredients. This five-course menu is a fantastic
value at only $50 per person. Patrons have the option to pair each course with
the perfect companion wine for an additional $30 per person. With three seating
options, 5pm, 7pm and 9pm, guests will have ample opportunity to delight in the
best of OriginIndia's food, wine and festivities.
As always, this special
menu will offer vegetarian and non-vegetarian courses sure to satisfy every
palette. Consisting of aphrodisiac ingredients such as garlic,
cumin, raw papaya and poppy seeds, these dishes are
distinctively Indian and a perfect choice for this year's romantic and sexy
Valentine's Day dinner. Both menus include a pre-starter to cleanse the palette,
appetizers, entrées (one per person), accompaniments and a dessert. Both the
vegetarian and non-vegetarian menus offer multiple entrée options for maximum
variety and taste. Vegetarian lovers will devour ORIGIN'S EXOTIC KOFTA, heart
shaped raw banana and raisin dumplings in a rich and creamy sauce.
For non-vegetarian guests, the DUET OF SALMON is a treat; consisting of salmon
steaks, matured in a rich and spicy marinade of ginger, honey and
a trace of mustard oil, roasted in the tandoor and finished with dill and
fennel sauce.
