Valentine’s Day Dining at The Steakhouse at Circus

Chocolate lover’s take note: The Steakhouse at Circus is the
place to be for Valentine’s Day dining. Begin your romantic meal with delectable
slow cooked Maine lobster and scallops in a white chocolate and vanilla butter
sauce, served en vol-au-vent, or encased in light pastry, for $11.
For
your entrée, choose between two magnificent offerings. Enjoy pan seared beef
tenderloin, cooked with red chile, chocolate, and baby onions over white
chocolate mashed potatoes for $28. Or, choose sautéed jumbo prawns in an almond
raisin molé on cocoa dusted coconut rice with chanterelle mushrooms for $24.
Dessert is a delectable triple chocolate mousse stack featuring double
dark chocolate, milk chocolate and raspberry white chocolate in chocolate
cylinders for $6.
