VOX Wine Lounge, the new dining hotspot in Vegas, continues to bring their
guests creative culinary experiences announcing VOX Sunday Brunch. VOX has put
its own modern spin on brunch, making it the hippest place to be on a Sunday
afternoon.
Customers will enjoy delicious brunch dishes including
the Fried Egg Sandwich made with brown sugar and maple glazed bacon with avocado
and also the Chocolate Belgian Waffle with vanilla chantilly and warm champagne
marinated strawberries, all while experiencing some of Las Vegas’ greatest live
jazz and R&B. In addition to menu items, specialty dishes are served dim sum
style throughout brunch so guests have the opportunity to try a little of
everything.
“At VOX you have the option of smaller tastings. It
makes brunch more fun and we have so many incredible dishes that we wouldn’t
want to make our customers commit to just one,” said restaurant owner Carl
Goldner. “Our restaurant is just as much about the experience as it is the
food.”
At VOX guests will take pleasure in the sounds of Paris
Red, ABMA 2007 Female Jazz Vocalist of the Year, and watch classic cartoons from
the 70’s while relaxing inside or dining on the patio surrounded by lush plants
and flowers.
The restaurants’ twist on the traditional brunch results
in a menu of unique dishes such as Feta and Basil Frittata, Roasted Chicken and
the VOX rendition of the classic Chorizo and Eggs using house-made Chorizo and
roasted tomatillo salsa. VOX also offers a vast selection of fresh scones,
crepes, cinnamon buns and éclairs that are made in-house
daily.
Sunday Brunch features a Champagne Cart with Mimosas and
Bellinis offered at only $5. In addition, the Legendary Bloody Mary Cart
includes all the best vodkas and accouterments.
VOX Sunday Brunch is served every Sunday from 11 a.m. to
3 p.m.
