Seven New Craveable Menu Items and Four New Summer Cocktails Offer Guests Great-tasting, Affordable Options
CARROLLTON, Texas, July 7 /PRNewswire/ -- T.G.I. Friday's(R) restaurants have announced the addition of seven new entree items all priced at $10. The new entrees include Tortilla Crusted Tilapia, a mild white fish coated with a crisp, crunchy tortilla crust, lightly sprinkled with green onions and served with bruschetta-rancho sauce, savory rice and a green bean medley; Grown Up Mac and Cheese, sauteed chicken breasts and sliced onions and peppers on top of elbow macaroni mixed in a creamy cheese sauce with chopped ham and bacon, sliced mushrooms and pico de gallo; Lemon Splash Chicken, juicy chicken breasts sauteed in a tangy lemon sauce, topped with fresh sliced lemon and diced red peppers served with angel hair pasta and a green bean medley; Ranchero Tortilla Chicken Stack, slices of grilled chicken breast and pico de gallo top off this stack of crispy tortillas layered with ranchero pulled pork and Colby cheese served on a bed of savory rice; Sangria Chicken, marinated chicken breasts topped with red wine sauce, mandarin oranges and pineapple pico de gallo served with savory rice, sauteed peppers and onions, steamed broccoli and a grilled lemon half; Bruschetta Chicken Parmesan, breaded chicken breasts topped with fresh Roma tomato-basil salsa and shaved Parmesan cheese served on a bed of angel hair pasta, and Sizzling Cheesesteak Sirloin, a tender cut of grilled sirloin served over red potato wedges served on a sizzling skillet of melted cheeses, sauteed red and green peppers, onions and mushrooms covered with Cheesesteak sauce and topped with fresh, diced tomatoes.
T.G.I. Friday's restaurants have also introduced four new Ultimate Summer cocktails and a new collectible glass that guests can take home for just two-dollars. The Ultimate Yellow Tail Sangria combines Yellow Tail Shiraz with tropical juices and fresh fruit; the Ultimate Mojito mixes Bacardi Superior rum, fresh mint and soda; the Ultimate Mango Mai Tai blends Captain Morgan and Malibu Rums with mango and fresh tropical juices, and the Ultimate Mango-Berry Daiquiri provides a twist on the classic summertime libation by adding fresh berries and mango. These hip cocktails reiterate Friday's longstanding heritage of beverage innovation.
