CARROLLTON, Texas, July 20 /PRNewswire/ -- T.G.I. Friday's(R) restaurants have announced the addition of eight new menu items including three salads, three sandwiches and two new burgers debuting today.
Friday's(R) new salad options include an Italian Chop Chop, crisp lettuce with salami, pepperoni, mushrooms, olives, roasted red peppers, tomatoes and artichokes served with an Italian vinaigrette; Firecracker Chicken, garlic-marinated sauteed chicken tossed with spicy sesame-ginger dressing, fresh cabbage, red pepper, green onion and fried wontons; and Shrimp Louie Louie, fresh shrimp salad served over wedges of iceberg lettuce, topped with cucumbers, red peppers, Bleu Cheese, bacon bits and creamy peppercorn balsamic dressing. Guests can also select from the following three sandwiches: a Smoked Brisket Dip, smoked beef brisket on toasted ciabatta bread with caramelized onions, Swiss cheese, crisp romaine, tomato and horseradish ranch dressing, served with a cup of French Onion soup for dipping; and Grilled Chicken Parmesan, char grilled chicken breast and golden-fried Provolone cheese served on tomato focaccia bread served with a side of marinara; and Eggplant Parmesan, golden-fried provolone cheese and eggplant on tomato focaccia bread with crisp romaine and creamy Peppercorn Balsamic dressing, served with a side of marinara sauce. The burger selections include two new dippable entrees including the Dippable French Onion Burger, an all beef patty with caramelized onions, melted Swiss cheese and mayonnaise, served with a side of French Onion soup; and the Dippable Cheesy Bacon Cheeseburger, an all beef patty topped with melted American cheese, crispy bacon and golden-fried Provolone cheese, served with a side of Chipotle queso.
