All Profits Going to the Lance Armstrong Foundation
BEAVERTON, Ore., July 17 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- In 2004, Nike and
Lance Armstrong teamed to create the LIVESTRONG wristband, of which
more than 70 million have been sold to date, a representation of
Lance's mantra in life. Nike and Lance Armstrong are now giving people
a new way to show their support of Lance's cause with the launch of the
LIVESTRONG Collection of apparel, footwear and accessories for men,
women and kids.
Nike will give all profits from the collection to the Lance
Armstrong Foundation, which supports cancer survivorship programs and
works to make cancer a national priority. Nike is proud to continue
supporting the LIVESTRONG campaign with this new collection and be
giving all Nike's profits from the collection to the Lance Armstrong
Foundation.

The LIVESTRONG Collection represents a commitment to human potential

Armstrong will debut the collection at the New York City Marathon this
November.
