WIN A SEAT AT THE TABLE FROM ESPN POKER CLUB

ESPN.com has announced that the ESPN Poker Club, ESPN.com’s free online poker game, will be giving away a seat into the world’s most prestigious tournament, the 2009 World Series of Poker. The promotion begins this week and will run until the final tournament on June 14, 2009 where one player will win a seat in the main event.
Each week, fans will try to earn points in order to participate in the weekly Sunday Qualifiers. Points can be earned by playing in tournaments or ring games held 24-hours a day. Players must have 60 points to play in a Sunday Qualifier, which are held each Sunday at 2 p.m., 5 p.m. and 9 p.m. ET. To play in all three tournaments, players will need 180 points. Fans may enter all three Sunday Qualifiers each week. Each Sunday Qualifier will award 25 seats into the Final Tournament. The winner of the 450-player Final Tournament will earn the seat at the 2009 World Series of Poker.
This will be the fifth main event seat given away by the ESPN Poker Club. Throughout the year, ESPN Poker Club gives away other prizes as well, including trips to poker training seminars and other tournaments. The site is completely free, attracts hundreds of thousands of players and is open to all players aged 21 and older.
