The low-cost carrier's Refundable Fares allow customers to make unlimited reservation changes, including name changes, or opt for a full refund any time prior to the flight's departure. Changes can be made quickly and easily at www.jetblue.com via the 'Manage Flights' function or by calling the airline's reservations team at 800-JETBLUE.

If a customer is unable to notify JetBlue of a change to their reservation before the flight departs, any unused funds are converted to a JetBlue credit valid for one year from the date it is issued. This credit is fee-free and fully transferable.

To celebrate the launch of its new fare option, through February 13 JetBlue is offering TrueBlue Customers who book refundable travel quadruple TrueBlue points each way when they book online at www.jetblue.com, or triple TrueBlue points each way when booking through other channels. TrueBlue, JetBlue's customer loyalty program, offers fliers easy-to-earn, easy-to-redeem awards for travel across JetBlue's network of 53 popular destinations. A free roundtrip flight, valid for travel to any of JetBlue's destinations is awarded immediately after a customer reaches 100 points(a).
