DALLAS, Feb. 26 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Southwest Airlines is offering the best travel deals for your next getaway! If you've got Spring Fever it's time to book your travel on southwest.com where airfares are as low as $49 one-way. These special fares require 14-day advance purchase for travel on Tuesdays and Wednesdays only beginning April 1, 2008, through June 25, 2008. Fares must be purchased by March 20, 2008, and range from $49 to $99 one-way and vary by destination. To book these low air fares available only at southwest.com.

Here are examples of the great low fares:
-- $49 one-way fares between Jacksonville and Tampa Bay; between Spokane
and Seattle; and between Nashville and Kansas City.
-- $79 one-way fares between Reno/Lake Tahoe and San Diego; between
Philadelphia and Louisville; and between Jacksonville and
Raleigh-Durham.
-- $99 one-way fares between Orlando and San Antonio; between Las Vegas
and St. Louis; and between Portland and Phoenix.

Fare Rules
All fares are available for purchase today through March 20, 2008, Midnight CST. Sale fares to and from Washington (Dulles) are from $65 to $99 one-way. Hawaii and Orange County travel are not included in this sale. Blackout dates apply to all Florida markets from April 1, 2008, through April 7, 2008. For all other markets, travel is valid from April 1, 2008, through June 25, 2008. All tickets must be purchased 14 days before departure and within one day of making reservations. Fares are available one-way for travel on Tuesdays and Wednesdays only and are combinable with all other fares (except Senior Fares). When combining fares, all ticketing restrictions apply. Seats are limited. Fares may vary by destination and day of travel and will not be available on some flights that operate during very busy travel times and holiday periods. Fares do not include a federal segment tax of $3.50 per takeoff and landing. Fares do not include airport-assessed passenger facility charges (PFC) of up to $9 one-way and U.S. government-imposed September 11th Security Fees of up to $5 one-way. Fares are subject to change until ticketed. Tickets are nonrefundable but may be applied toward the purchase of future travel on Southwest Airlines if unused. Fares are valid only on Southwest-published, scheduled service (some flights may be operated by ATA Airlines) and are not available through the Group Desk. Any change in itinerary may result in an increase in fare. Standby travel requires an upgrade to the full unrestricted fare. Fares are not necessarily common rated in the Bay Area (San Francisco, Oakland, and San Jose), or the Los Angeles Basin (Los Angeles, Burbank, and Ontario).
