soars to 100 degrees and up this summer, head to Bertolini’s Authentic
Trattoria for a refreshing Peach Bellini.
For lunch, the daily happy hour or with dinner, indulge in the Bellini,
which is made with homemade peach sorbet.
Bertolini’s Supervisor Armando Santiago makes a variety of sorbetti and
gelati on the premises daily.
“Bertolini’s Peach Bellini is a great choice for the summer months,”
said Brandon
Bueltel, general manager of Bertolini’s Authentic Trattoria. “Our bartenders can make a variety of
Bellinis with different flavors of homemade sorbetti, so there’s something for
everyone. Guests at Bertolini’s enjoy
the Bellinis because of the freshness of the sorbetti and the top-shelf liquors
we use.”
Santiago, who has been a team member with Bertolini’s for seven years,
is a kitchen supervisor. He makes eight
flavors of gelati and four types of sorbetti daily. The sorbetti and gelati flavorings are
imported directly from Italy,
where the tasty treats originated.
Take advantage of Bertolini’s Peach Bellini – and all beverages and
appetizers – for one-half price during the restaurant’s daily happy hour from
3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Bertolini’s also
offers an outdoor patio with “misters” that will cool off guests even on the

BERTOLINI’S PEACH BELLINI
INGREDIENTS
2 scoops peach sorbetti
3 ounces champagne
1 ½ ounce peach nectar
½ ounce Peach Schnapp’s
PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix
all ingredients in a blender.
- Pour
into a tall pilsner glass (a
margarita glass can also be used).
- When
using different flavors of sorbetti, match the liquor to it. For example, when using raspberry sorbetti,
use Chambord instead of Peach Schnapp’s.
