The Blue Moon Brewing Company took home multiple awards at this year's World
Beer Cup(R) held in San Diego, including the prestigious Champion Brewery, Large
Brewing Company category.
Blue Moon's summer seasonal beer, Blue Moon Honey Moon, won a Gold Medal in
the Specialty Honey Lager category. In 2007, Honey Moon won its second
consecutive Gold Medal in the Specialty Honey Lager/Ale category at the Great
American Beer Festival(R). A limited-edition brew, Blue Moon Chardonnay Blonde,
won a Silver Medal in the Fruit and Vegetable brew category.

The Brewers Association World Beer Cup recognizes excellence in achievement
by breweries and brewmasters with the Champion Brewery Awards. Only one brewery
is recognized in each size category.
The Brewers Association World Beer Cup consists of an elite international
panel of judges. The seventh bi-annual competition awarded medals to brewers
from 21 countries ranging from Australia and Italy to Bolivia and Japan. This
year, 644 breweries from 58 countries and 45 U.S. states vied for awards.
