Mortini was created with the best liquors and ingredients available. The Vodka Mortini is made with Level vodka
and garnished with a colossal green olive stuffed with blue cheese for great

“Our Vodka Mortini is made with Santa Barbara
colossal olives, and we stuff them with blue cheese,” said Daniel Hurst,” general
manager of Morton’s The Steakhouse in Las
Vegas. “We
never have and never will put vermouth in our martinis. Our line of Heavenly Mortinis are made with
the finest ingredients you can find.”

VODKA MORTINI
Serves 1
INGREDIENTS
3 ounces Level vodka
1 pitted Santa Barbara
colossal green olive (see note)
1 teaspoon blue cheese
Preparation
- Pour
the vodka into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake 15 times. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
- Stuff
the olive with the blue cheese.
Garnish the Mortini with the olive.
***Note: Morton’s buys Santa Barbara colossal green olives, which
are outstanding, and hand-stuff them with cheese. If you find other giant-pitted green olives,
use them.
