Internationally renowned artist Thomas Kinkade has been busy in his studio, once again paying tribute to the King of Rock ‘n’ Roll and his famous Memphis mansion. This latest work features a snow covered Graceland wrapped in holiday lights and all of its Christmas splendor during Elvis’ favorite time of the year. A warm glow beams from the windows of Graceland as a small wisp of smoke rises from the chimney, both are traditional Kinkade trademarks found in many of his paintings that feature homes.
The image you see here is Kinkade's very limited studio sketch of his upcoming release titled, Christmas at Graceland. This is what is known as the "Study Sketch" of the upcoming studio release and is not the completed image of Kinkade’s Christmas at Graceland painting.
In March of 2007, Kinkade also celebrated the release of a Graceland painting that commemorated the 50th Anniversary of Elvis’ purchase of the property in 1957.
