Nev. - NBC’s hit game show Deal or No Deal,
hosted by Howie Mandel, is searching for America’s next hopeful millionaire.
The Deal or No Deal casting team is coming to John Ascuaga’s Nugget, April 5,
for an open, public call to find amazing new contestants for the show.
In
conjunction with KRNV (Reno’s NBC affiliate, Channel 4), the Nugget and Deal or
No Deal are looking for energetic, charismatic and outgoing individuals who can
think quickly on their feet. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, and a
legal resident of the 50 United
States and/or Washington, D.C. No special skills are required except for
an engaging personality and excitement for the show.

If you think
you’ve got what it takes to walk away with a million, come on down and give it
your best shot. Thousands of potential contestants are expected to audition. The
waiting line closes promptly at 1 p.m. (no exceptions) and those in line by 1
p.m. will be interviewed. If you plan on arriving prior to 6 a.m. Saturday
morning, the line will form outside the west casino entrance, and will be
clearly marked and monitored. The line will not open until Friday afternoon,
April 4. Hopeful contestants are welcome to bring chairs, but tents, grills,
alcohol, and pets are prohibited. Upon entering the convention area, bulky
personal items, such as chairs or coolers, must be left in a vehicle. A wide
selection of Nugget food and beverage items will be available for purchase
throughout the day. Also, the Nugget reserves the right to modify line
management at its sole discretion.
