GLENDALE, CA--(Marketwire - January 2, 2008) - Nearly 45 percent of Americans create one or more New Year's resolutions, and few are able to keep them. This year, IHOP ( NYSE: IHP) is offering one that will stick! Instead of denying life's little pleasures, diners should resolve to indulge from time to time. IHOP makes it easy by inviting guests to enjoy All You Can Eat Pancakes anytime of day from now through February 10. Guests can also complement their pancakes with a Never-Empty Pot of IHOP's International House Roast coffee, a rich blend of premium beans selected, harvested and roasted exclusively for IHOP.

"After giving all holiday season long, we know our guests will be grateful to treat themselves to warm, delicious buttermilk pancakes and premium coffee," said Carolyn O'Keefe, IHOP's senior vice president, marketing. "Unlimited golden pancakes and cups of fresh, hot coffee create the ultimate comfort food combination that we know our guests will crave in the New Year."

Available for a limited time at participating locations, IHOP's All You Can Eat Pancake combos start at $4.99 and begin with two fluffy buttermilk pancakes, eggs any style, crispy hash browns, and a choice of pork sausage links, hickory smoked bacon or ham. Pancakes are then served fresh three at a time until the guest is satisfied. Pricing may vary by location.

International House Roast coffee is available any time of day and is served tableside in IHOP's iconic Never-Empty copper-colored coffee pots.
