Created by Julie Tornetta, bartender at Bertolini’s, the “Amici Café” combines a mixture of Italian liquors with coffee.
“I think of the ‘Amici Café’ as a great drink for when friends get together,” said Tornetta. “Amici means friends in Italian, and friends always get together for coffee. With the cold weather, many customers are requesting coffee drinks, and the ‘Amici Café has become popular at Bertolini’s.”

INGREDIENTS
½ ounce Fernet Branca
½ ounce Amaretto
Freshly brewed coffee
PREPARATION
For best presentation, use a latte glass or a clear coffee mug. Pour Fernet Branca and Amaretto into glass. Fill with coffee.
