Now Featuring the “Hawaiian Night Luau” on Wednesdays
“Prime Rib and Potato Bar Night” is featured on Sundays
January 21, 2008 – Las Vegas – The Frisco Market Buffet at Arizona Charlie’s Decatur is now featuring two specialty nights- The “Hawaiian Night Luau” on Wednesdays and the “Prime Rib and Potato Bar Night” on Sundays. The “Hawaiian Night Luau” features authentic Hawaiian dishes created by a Hawaiian chef, Ken Torres, as the Frisco Market Buffet is transformed into a dining paradise, announced American Casino & Entertainment Properties officials.
“The Frisco Market Buffet has a very loyal clientele, and we wanted to create some fun nights for them while also attracting new guests. We are especially excited about the ‘Hawaiian Night Luau’ since Chef Ken Torres is Hawaiian, and he has gone through great efforts to bring authentic island cuisine to Arizona Charlie’s Decatur,” said Mark Eaton, Sr., director of food & beverage for Arizona Charlie’s Decatur.
The “Hawaiian Night Luau” features an array of traditional Hawaiian fare including: Kalbi ribs, miso fish, Lomi Lomi salmon, chuka salad, Kalua pig and cabbage, papaya chicken, pork adobo, chicken long rice, sushi, poki, kim chee, Manapua, and Haupia. Desserts include custard pie, coconut soft serve frozen yogurt, and coconut cake.
Free leis are given to guests during “Hawaiian Night Luau,” and the servers and staff dress in festive Hawaiian-themed attire.
The “Prime Rib and Potato Bar Night” on Sundays features juicy, succulent prime rib at its best served with steaming hot baked potatoes and a full compliment of toppings.
The hours for “Hawaiian Night Luau” and “Prime Rib and Potato Bar Night” are 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. on their respective nights. The price is $12.99 per person and $11.99 per person with an ACE Rewards Card.
