If you haven’t visited the Courtyard Buffet at Circus Circus Reno recently, it’s
time to stop by. The Courtyard Buffet at Circus Circus Reno is getting a
facelift. But, instead of spending millions of dollars redesigning the visual
aspects, our improvements are focused intently on the food variety and
qulaity…without making you pay more!
“We are very excited about our new
menu,” said Director of Food & Beverage Bill Miller. “Our customers told us
food quality was very important to them so we responded with these new menu
changes.”
Visit the Courtyard Buffet today for an increased variety of
entrée and side choices in the main food section with an emphasis on
regionalized favorites. With food conveniently separated into American, Italian,
German, and Pan Asian areas, it’s easy to find your favorite dish at both brunch
and dinner.
February brought the debut of the Create Your Own Stir Fry
station and a Noodle Bar. At the Stir Fry station, you can choose from a large
selection of fresh vegetables and pair it with your choice of pork, shrimp,
beef, or chicken and watch the Courtyard Chefs cook it on a sizzling wok right
before your eyes. At the Noodle Bar, choose between a variety of exciting noodle
dishes made fresh daily, including won ton soup and pancit!
The Courtyard
Buffet still features prime rib and shrimp every night for dinner. Friday and
Saturday night bring a more creative and upgraded seafood menu featuring the
must-try lobster ravioli in a creamy butternut squash sauce.
Another
change is the introduction of a brunch menu, seven days a week! This exciting
change features all your favorite lunch dishes as well as a new specialty blintz
station, waffles and pancakes with fresh fruit compotes, and fully stocked fruit
and yogurt bar, and our extremely popular create-your-own omelet
bar.
Forget trying to match up your schedule with your favorite daily
specials. At Circus Circus Reno’s Courtyard Buffet, we have what you want to eat
every day, whether it be prime rib, shrimp, or simply good food with an
international flair.
