Baja Fresh Mexican Grill, the California-based quick, casual and fresh Mexican food chain, announced today it has expanded its menu options providing customers with more dining choices. The newest options added to the award winning chains menu, include two beef burritos (regular and spicy), two shrimp burritos, a new fire roasted tomatillo mango salsa and chili with premium ground beef and topped with shredded jack and cheddar cheese, sour cream, fresh chopped cilantro, fresh onions and fresh garlic.

Baja Fresh’s newest menu items include:

• Big Beef Burrito (Regular) -A generous portion of mildly spiced ground beef, shredded Jack & Cheddar cheese, and slices of fresh, buttery potatoes, rolled up in a warm, soft flour tortilla.
• Big Beef Burrito (spicy) - A generous portion of mildly spiced ground beef, smoky, spicy queso fundido, and slices of fresh, buttery potatoes, rolled up in a warm, soft flour tortilla.
• Cabo Shrimp Burrito - Ten lime-garlic marinated shrimp, black beans, Baja rice, Jack cheese and tangy tomatillo and fresh lime juice yogurt sauce all rolled up in a warm, soft flour tortilla.
• Diablo Shrimp Burrito- Ten lime-garlic marinated shrimp, black beans, Baja rice, Jack cheese and a smokey-super spicy chipotle sauce all rolled up in a warm, soft flour tortilla.
• Roasted Tomatillo Mango Salsa - Tangy fire-roasted fresh tomatillos are blended with spices, toasted chile de Arbol and Mango.
• Chili - Premium ground beef, Guajillo chile, New Mexico chile, Chile Chipotle, Mexican spices, fresh tomato, black beans all garnished with shredded Jack & Cheddar cheese, sour cream, fresh chopped cilantro, fresh onions and fresh garlic.

All of the new items are made with the freshest ingredients and deliver customers great taste at a reasonable price. All new menu options and the roasted tomatillo mango salsa will be available at all of the Baja Fresh’s 291 units across the country.
