accessories designer Dean Harris to launch a limited-edition jewelry collection,
Dean Harris for Target®. This chic, yet affordable, collection is the third
jewelry launch in a series of limited-time-only accessory designers at Target.
The Dean Harris for Target collection will be available at most Target stores
nationwide and at Target.com August 17 through December 26, 2008.
The
Dean Harris for Target collection is reminiscent of nature, fusing organic
shapes and designs to create feminine and delicate adornments. Materials range
from sterling silver to semi-precious stones, shells and real pearls. Styles
include a peace sign cuff, ring and charm bracelet, thin chain necklaces with
pebbles, and 18k gold plated drop leaf earrings. The exclusive Dean Harris for
Target collection ranges in price from $19.99 to $99.99, with a special
holiday-edition piece priced at $249.99.
Dean Harris currently lives and
works in New York. This self-taught jewelry designer has been sculpting pieces
since 1999 and he constantly works with diverse materials ranging from 18K gold,
African woods, opals and diamonds. In 2000, Dean Harris was bestowed the Perry
Ellis Award for best new accessory designer. His jewelry has accessorized the
runway collections of Bill Blass and Marc Jacobs and is currently sold at
Barneys New York and other fine retailers nationwide.
