INSALADA BERTOLINI’S
INGREDIENTS
3 ounces Fresh Baby Clean Spinach
3 ounces Chopped Romaine
3 ounces Grilled Chicken
(julienne)
6 each Quartered Artichokes
8 each Roasted Button Mushrooms
3 ounces Pesto Vinaigrette
4 each Roma Tomato Wedges
PREPARATION
1.
Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl
(except tomatoes) and lightly toss.
2.
Place salad in a chilled pasta bowl that achieves
as much height as possible.
3.
Place tomato wedges vertically with skin
down at 3, 6, 9 and 12 o’clock.
