FROM RESTAURANT TO BOARDROOM AND STEAKS TO WINE BOTTLES, MORTON’S IN LAS VEGAS IS BIG ON
DINING AND SPECIAL EVENTS
LAS
VEGAS, NV
(June 25, 2008) – Morton’s The Steakhouse in Las Vegas is located in the center of the
bright lights and big city, where the world’s superstars, rich and famous,
visitors from around the globe and conventioneers from every aspect of the
business world choose to convene. It’s
no wonder why Morton’s Las Vegas (and the
Morton’s on Wacker Street
in Chicago) is
one of two of the largest restaurants – measuring 12,000-square-feet – of the
80 Morton’s steakhouses internationally.
The largest boardroom in Morton’s Las
Vegas measures 1,353-square-feet.
“Morton’s in Las Vegas is popular with visitors, convention and trade
show groups, as well as companies who hold business meetings in our spacious
boardrooms,” said Daniel Hurst, general manager of Morton’s The Steakhouse in
Las Vegas. “Our dining room is large,
which is a necessity, since Las Vegas
attracts thousands of visitors each month and Morton’s is a popular destination
for them.”
Morton’s is known for its generous portions of USDA prime-aged, Midwest
grain-fed beef, which is shipped directly from Chicago.
Guests can choose from the 24-ounce porterhouse, New York Strip, double-cut filet mignon…and
the 48-ounce porterhouse. This
three-pound porterhouse is prepared to perfection and will challenge even the
heartiest of eaters.
For guests who are celebrating an occasion or special event, Morton’s
serves an award-winning wine menu. When
available, the 27-liter bottle of Charles Krug’s Vintage Selection Cabernet
Sauvignon is a great option for larger groups and is a popular choice for
bachelor and bachelorette parties.
Even the Morton’s menu is bigger and better than ever with three new
items. The “grown-up” version of Baked
Macaroni & Cheese is served in a crock and is perfect as a side dish for
the table or as an entrée. More is
always better when it comes to chocolate, so the Double Chocolate Mousse is the
perfect addition for the sweet tooth.
The rich, moist Morton’s Carrot Cake, which is from a recipe that’s been
handed down for generations, is topped with a tasty cream cheese frosting.
Find out why Morton’s, which is currently celebrating its 30th
anniversary, is the biggest and best, from generous portions of high-quality
food and signature cocktails to professional service that’s warm and friendly
to a dining experience that’s second-to-none.
