The American Lung Association annual Christmas Seals Campaign is celebrating more than 100 years of giving this holiday season. The Christmas Seals tradition began in 1907, to conquer tuberculosis. Today, the American Lung Association is dedicated improving life, one breath at a time by battling all forms of lung disease. From groundbreaking clinical research, helping children better manage their asthma, to fighting to prevent tobacco related death and illness, the American Lung Association is on the frontlines to make the air we breathe cleaner through our work to reduce pollution.
With generous public support, the American Lung Association is able to fulfill its mission to prevent lung disease and promote lung health. The Christmas Seals Campaign is the Association’s largest public fundraiser and is a vital component to the staying power of the nation’s oldest health organization.
